What we keep +
Your account, encrypted preparations and uploads, the people and roles you add, delivery status (kept 90 days), and an activity record (kept one year). Passwords are stored as one-way derived values.
Who sees what +
You see your box. A recipient sees only ready items assigned to them, through a private gift link that expires after 90 days. Verifiers see their role and release status, never unrelated content.
Videos +
When this service is connected to YouTube, a video you mark ready is uploaded to the service’s YouTube channel as an unlisted video. It is titled “LUV77 keepsake”; your name and words are not sent. LUV77 keeps the link encrypted and shows it only to the people you chose. Anyone who has the link can watch it, and YouTube’s own terms apply. Deleting the video or your account removes it from YouTube.
How release works +
A missed check-in never releases anything. Two current, independent verifiers must report your passing, then your chosen review period must finish without a hold or safe check-in.
Deletion and exports +
You can export preparation data and download files from settings. Deleting your account removes its database records, encrypted files, sessions, invitations, and gift access from the active service. Nightly encrypted backups are kept for seven days.
Important limits +
LUV77 does not create a legally valid will, verify legal authority, monitor your phone, certify a death, or recover copies a recipient already downloaded. Server encryption is not end-to-end encryption.
Service operation +
The service operator must protect the encryption key separately, back up the encrypted data, use HTTPS in production, configure a mail gateway, and publish contact and retention details before a public launch.
